As described in our General Privacy Policy and state-specific addenda, personal information obtained from individuals that are not customers or website visitors is obtained from third-party services providers.  Datum cannot control their collection, use, or sharing of your personal information. However, you may prevent or limit such collection by (a) deleting applications which collect such information on your phone or mobile device; (b) adjusting the in-app settings of such devise where available; or (c) opt-out of sharing your mobile advertiser ID by limiting ad tracking on your mobile device.  More information about such options are provided below and in our General Privacy Policy. (1) Opt out in your device/browser settings

For iOS, navigate to your Settings > Select Privacy > Select Advertising > Enable the “Limit Ad Tracking” setting. For Android, open your Google Settings app > Ads > Enable “Opt out of interest-based advertising”.

Please note that for information obtained from third-party service providers, we will be unable to match your request to personal information solely by your name, email address, or general contact information, as we neither collect that information nor associate it with your mobile device number. In addition, we may contact you for further information in order to verify your identity or to properly process your request.
